During Summer Ango, GPZC offers online sitting Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings at 6 AM. During non-Ango times, the sittings are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
There is one zazen period opening with the Gatha of Atonement and Three Refuges and ending with the Verse of the Kesa. A brief check-in follows. Use the following Zoom link and meeting ID to connect to all morning sittings:

At the start of sitting, we chant the Gatha of Atonement and Three Refuges. We end the sitting with the Verse of the Kesa, as we do during retreats. You may wish to download a PDF of the chants.
